Deep pressure, fascial work, stretches, mobilizations of joints used to safely achieve the desired outcome for my clients, willing to achieve either therapetic or relaxing effect.

In specific cases I incorporate pain management techniques using RAPID neurofascial reset to work with painful chronic or recent injuries, as well as assisted stretching and cupping.

Direct billing with major insurers is provided upon request. Please be aware of your coverage details, need for doctor's referral letter.
