I cater to clients of all ages including children, adults and seniors. My services include a varitey of massage therapy techniques designed to relieve pain and stress related to day to day living, while aiding in the rehabilitation of physical injuries dealing with:

• postural deviations (kyphosis, scoliosis, lordosis, etc.)

• home care exercises focused on stretches, strengthening & stabilization

Every session is uniquely tailored to your needs. Whether you're seeking pain relief, stress reduction, or simply a peaceful space to unwind, I strive to provide a calming, caring presence that helps you feel supported and restored.

Appointment Policies:

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent others from receiving care and affect the sustainability of the practice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and all no-show appointments will be charged a fee of $50 including HST.
  If lateness exceeds 15 minutes with no communication, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the fee will be applied to the account.

• I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I offer grace for rare, genuine circumstances. However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to $100 including HST, a restricted access to booking and will be required to pay any outstanding fees before scheduling future appointments. 

By booking an appointment, you agree & acknowledge these policies and take full responsibility for your scheduled time.

Payments & Billing:

Direct billing with major insurers is provided upon request. Please be aware of your coverage details, need for doctor's referral letter.

Payment receipts provided for your convenience, collecting payments in cash, e-transfer or via payment terminal (debit/credit cards). All prices include HST.
